“In this episode I travel to Nizwa, the historical capital of Oman. I visit Nizwa Souq, with Yasser Al Maamari. It is one of the oldest markets in Oman, and try so many varieties of Omani dates, I also try the unique Omani dessert, Halwa, which is so delicious! I also explore the beautiful historic Nizwa Fort which has stunning views over Nizwa town. I then visit the nearby historical village of Birkat al Mouz and walk through the incredible date palm oasis. Finally, I end my journey high up in the Jabal Akhdar mountains, with absolutely incredible views!”
